We have designed this Web site caring the following goals:
- Nice graphics, layout, and colors for users who have advanced browsers.
- Ability to bee read also by users having old browsers. Such users can't see backgrounds, layouts and font colors, bat they can navigate and read all text.
- Fast page downloading: no pure decorative elements (i.e. animations, sounds or java applets). In Italy several users are connected to Internet by very low speed lines.
- Simple page structure, so users have no to over use scroll-bars.
